In particular, there are several models that public libraries could do, such as become tourist attractions, be embedded into tourist attractions, promote research tours, and expand tourism services etc. The models could be realized by several path, including to strengthen tourism public service function of the public library, to build a special library in key tourism areas, to inject library elements in all aspects of tourism, to integrate publicity and marketing with tourism, to actively participate into the cultivation and construction of a new cultural tourism ecology.
