：基于社会交换理论，构建了学术虚拟社区知识交流效率测度模型，确定了知识交流效率评价指标体系，再依据评价计算公式测算效率评价值；以技术接受模型为框架，探究影响学术虚拟社区知识交流效率的因素，纳入知识交流效率评价值，整合研究假设，构建学术虚拟社区知识交流效率影响因素集成模型；采用问卷调查法，分析知识交流效率评价值总体分布情况及影响因素，针对发现的问题提出对策建议。研究发现，当前我国多数科研人员知识交流效率低于平均水平；男性科研人员的知识交流效率显著高于女性；年龄、科研工作年限、受教育程度、专业技术职称对知识交流效率具有显著正向影响；用户的感知易用性和感知有用性显著正向影响知识交流效率，知识交流意愿在其中起到部分中介作用，知识交流主体特征对知识交流意愿起到部分调节作用。

Based on the social exchange theory, a measure model of knowledge exchange efficiency in academic virtual community is constructed to determine the index system of knowledge exchange efficiency evaluation, and to calculate the efficiency evaluation value; Taking the technology acceptance model as the framework, the factors that influence the knowledge exchange efficiency in academic virtual community is explored, and then a integrated model of the influential factors on the knowledge exchange efficiency is constructed, including the value of knowledge exchange efficiency and the hypothesis of our research; Using the questionnaire survey,  the overall distribution of the evaluation of knowledge exchange efficiency and the influential factors analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found are put forward.Overall, knowledge exchange efficiency of most researchers in our country are lower than average, and the knowledge exchange efficiency of male researchers is significantly higher than that of women; Age, period of scientific research, education level and professional technical title have significant positive influence on knowledge exchange efficiency; User's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have significant positive impacts on the efficiency of knowledge exchange, between which knowledge exchange intention plays a mediating role partly, and a part of characteristics of knowledge exchange entities play a regulating role on knowledge exchange intention.
