：数据密集型科学研究对群体智慧和大众力量提出了迫切需求，催生了新一轮科研范式的变革，科研众包模式下的公众科学应运而生并逐渐得到各方关注。近几年，国内公众科学项目也逐渐起步且有发展壮大之势。文章立足于国内公众科学项目案例，通过对我国8个公众科学典型案例进行比较和分析，从项目组织发起的角度探索了我国公众科学项目的运作流程和组织管理模式，并从机构视角提出了我国公众科学项目的管理框架。

Data-intensive scientific research has put forward an urgent demand for the wisdom and the power of crowd, which has led to a new change in the scientific research paradigm. Under the mode of scientific crowdsourcing, citizen science emerges and gradually gets attention from all sides. In recent years, the citizen science projects in China have gradually started and become stronger. Based on domestic citizen science projects, this paper first compared and analyzed 8 typical cases of citizen science in China. Then from the perspective of project organization, the operation process and organization management mode of these cases are analyzed, and management framework is put forward from the perspective of institution.
