: 基于对当前大数据、人工智能环境下智慧图书馆以及图书馆智慧服务的相关研究现状，文章从大数据与人工智能双驱动的视角，构建了图书馆智慧服务的框架体系，对框架的每一层级进行了功能分析，并对图书馆智慧服务的发展困难和策略进行了论述。

Based on the current research status of Intelligent library and library Intelligent service under big data and artificial intelligence environment, this paper constructs the framework system of Library Intelligent Service from the perspective of big data and artificial intelligence dual drive, and analyzes the function of each level of the framework.The development difficulties and strategies of library wisdom Service are also discussed.
