: 图书馆用户研究经历了从“以用户为中心”到“用户参与式设计”转变。用户参与式设计（PD）是人类学研究中的重要方法。美国大学图书馆空间与服务设计中引入了PD理论与方法，实现了图书馆与用户的深度交互。普渡大学图书馆主动学习中心（ALC）与俄克拉荷马大学图书馆土著学生需求调研项目使用PD的方法与理论。研究中跨学科项目团队的组建、多种数据收集方法的采用以及保证用户的主动式、全方面参与为我国大学图书馆PD项目的开展提供了经验。

Based on Participatory Design to "User Participatory Design". PD is an important method in anthropological research. The PD theory and method are introduced into the design of space and service in American university libraries, which realizes the deep interaction between Library and users. PD's methods and theories are used in the research project of the ALC of Purdue University and native student needs of University of Oklahoma library. The establishment of interdisciplinary project team, the adoption of multiple data collection methods, and the inspiration to ensure the active and full participation of the users have provided experience for the development of the PD project of the University Library in China.
