：数据引用具有明确数据责任主体、建立数据信用、促进数据共享和重用以及推动数据影响力评估等作用，但目前存在着技术、制度、文化等问题。学术图书馆参与数据引用具有资源优势和内在发展动力，目前主要有参与数据引用联合项目与提供数据引用相关服务两种工作实践。在学术图书馆推动数据引用的工作关系中，学术图书馆主要承担着引用规范的制定者、引用服务的提供者、引用意识的宣传者、引用工具的开发者等四种角色。

Data citation can clarify data accountability, establish data credits, and promote data sharing, reusing and impact assessment, but technical, institutional and cultural issues are there to interfere the job. This paper analyzes the advantages of academic libraries in promoting data citations. Considering the existing relevant work，it proposes four roles in data citation work: the makers of citation specifications, the providers of citation services, the advocates of citation, and the developers of citation tools. Finally, suggestions are made for libraries to emphasize the importance of data citation, actively promote cooperation among stakeholders, improve the data literacy curriculum system, and promote the construction of the legal system for the development of academic libraries in China.
