：文章根据智慧图书馆的本质、特点、构成元素及中外图书馆智慧化的建设实践，构建了智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度评价指标体系与测度评价方法。通过实证研究，证明了所构建的智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度评估体系与测度方法的客观性和有效性。研究认为，基于智慧感知、智慧管理、智慧服务、智慧决策四个维度所构建的智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度评价指标体系，以及基于熵理论、灰色关联分析和D-S证据理论相结合的智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度评价方法，为智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度评估提供了指标体系依据及评估方法依据。

According to the connotation, characteristics and components of Smart Library and the practice of Smart Library Construction at home and abroad, we set up the evaluation index system of Smart Library intelligence level. Then, using the method of combining entropy theory, gray relational analysis and D-S evidence theory, the scientific method of evaluating the intelligence level of smart library is put forward. Finally, through empirical research, it proves the objectivity and effectiveness of the intelligence level evaluation system of smart library.
