：文章用演绎分析方法，在解析数字网络语境下科学交流过程的基础上，利用新语境中科学交流的新特点，从信息生产、信息中介和信息利用三个环节演绎推导了Altmetrics评价利益相关者，从研究水平、成果展示、需求发现三个方面识别了Altmetrics评价利益相关者的功能需求及评价指标。研究发现：数字化网络化语境为科学交流提供了新的场景，同时为科技评价理论与实践拓展提供了新的土壤；Altmetrics评价需要把正式交流与非正式交流过程有机整合起来，针对相关利益者开发满足其需求的评价指标体系。

Based on a detailed analysis to the process of scientific communication under the context of digitalization and network, the stakeholders of Altmetrics evaluation are identified under the context of information production, information media and information utilization, and the function needs and evaluation indices for stakeholders of Altmetrics evaluation are discussed from three aspects of research achievement, achievement display and needs discovery ,all of which derived from the new characteristics of scientific communication in the new context. It is found that: the context of digitalization and network provides a new opportunity to enrich the scientific communication and a new reality to expand the theory and practice of scientific and technological evaluation, it is of importance to combine the formal communication and informal communication and to design responding evaluation indicators in Altmetrics evaluation.
