：科学基金作为最重要的科学研究保障性资源，在“双一流”建设中的角色和地位值得关注。文章以“双一流”建设学科中68个自然学科为研究对象，使用Web of Science数据库2012-2016年的521938篇相关研究论文及其引文等数据，考察科学基金对我国“双一流”建设学科的前期资助现状、产出情况与影响力。结果显示：在“双一流”建设前期的2012-2016年五年中，科学基金对“双一流”建设学科的资助具有一定的精准性，并在资助率和影响力两个方面有所体现；68个“双一流”建设学科中，科学基金对其中52个学科的资助率高于我国基金资助率平均水平，对58个学科的论文影响力有提升作用。

As the most important scientific research support resource, the Science Funding is worthy of attention in the role and status of "Double First-class" construction. This paper takes 68 natural subjects in the "Double First-class" construction subjects as the research object and uses 521,938 research papers and related citations of the Web of Science database from 2012 to 2016 to examine the science fund's "Double First-class" construction subject in terms of pre-funding status, output situation and impact. The results show that in the period of "Double First-class" construction of 2012-2016, the science fund has funded the "Double First-class" construction subjects precisely, and the accuracy reflects in the two aspects of funding ratio and influence. Among the 68 "Double First-class" construction subjects, the funding ratio of 52 of them is higher than that of the average level of China, and the influence of the papers in 58 subjects has improved.
