：文章针对我国高校图书馆在阅读推广工作中对阅读推广活动缺乏从读者角度和图书馆角度相结合的系统性评估现状，设计了基于读者行为大数据的读者阅读指数，并基于多维度阅读指数构建了高校图书馆阅读推广活动整体性评价体系和流程机制。

There is no system evaluation in the reading promotion activities from the combination of readers and the library. Reading index is designed  based on the big data about readers activities, and an evaluating system and process mechanism are constructed with the multidimensional reading index as the basis.
