:针对当前大数据环境下图书馆面临的挑战和智慧信息服务的相关研究现状,文章首先从大数据驱动的视角,探讨了图书馆智慧信息服务体系的构建思路;其次基于信息生态链理论,以图书馆的业务流程为支撑和导向,构建了大数据驱动的图书馆智慧信息服务体系,主要包括基础设施层、数据资源层和服务应用层三个层次,并对各层的功能和特点进行了详细论述。研究认为,该体系可以将图书馆的基础设施、数据资源、服务应用和用户进行融合,提供大数据驱动的图书馆智慧信息服务发展策略,重构图书馆智慧信息服务的业务流程,实现大数据环境下图书馆智慧信息服务的建设和发展。
Based on the challenges and current research status of smart information service in libraries under big data environment, this paper first discusses design ideas of smart information service system in libraries from a data-driven perspective. Secondly, based on the theory of information ecology chain,supported and guided by the business process of the library, it constructs a data-driven smart information service system in libraries , which mainly includes infrastructure layer, data resources layer and service application layer. Besides, this paper has a detailed discussion about the functions and features of each layer. This system is able to integrate the library's infrastructure, data resources, service and users. It can also provide development strategies for big data-driven smart information service in libraries, improve the utilization of the library's data resources, reconstruct the business process of library's intelligent information service, as well as realize the construction and development of library's intelligent information service under the big data environment.
