摘要

:文章从应用概况、服务模式和服务内容等角度,梳理分析了当前科研人员唯一标识符的机构应用实践。分析认为当前的科研人员唯一标识符应用已经取得了阶段性的成果,但是仍存在应用程度有待提高、唯一标识符系统互操作性差、以及标识符应用缺乏持续性等问题。文章认为科研人员唯一标识符的机构应用发展,需要:加大科研人员唯一标识符的推广力度,提升应用的广度与深度;加强不同系统之间的协调合作,综合采用系统互联、标识符转换等多种方式提升互操作性以及制定完善的信息更新机制,提升系统应用价值以增加用户粘性。

Abstract

From organizations' view, the paper analyzed researcher unique identifier's application progress from three perspectives: implementation status, implementation modes and service mode. The outcome shows that currently researcher unique identifier's implementation has made significant success, however, the following problems still exist: the extent of application needs to be improved, interoperability of different systems is not ideal and the implementation lacks of consistency. In order to solve these problems, the paper gave corresponding suggestions: the promotion of researcher unique identifier's application should be stronger, coordination between different systems should be strengthened and comprehensive method should be adopted to improve interoperability, and systematic mechanism should be made to encourage researchers to update their information.
