：文章通过分析全民阅读与城市化推进过程中我国公共图书馆运营模式的不足，以及全民阅读背景下Mall图书馆城市化运营的优势，指出Mall图书馆可作为我国公共图书馆城市化运营模式的新路径。随后，在介绍新加坡Mall图书馆在运作体系、服务对象、服务内容方面建设的先进经验基础上，结合我国公共图书馆的运营模式及现状，从开展Mall图书馆的运营试点工作、划分Mall图书馆的服务对象、拓展Mall图书馆的服务内容三个方面，为我国实践Mall图书馆给出了建议。

 Through analyzing the shortcomings of the library operation mode in the process of national reading and urbanization, and the advantages of Mall libraries' urbanization operation under the background of national reading, this paper points out the feasibility of implementing the Mall operation mode in our country. At the same time, according to the advanced experience of the Mall Library in Singapore in terms of operating system, service object, service content, we give references and suggestions for the practice of the Mall library in China combined with the current situation of the domestic library operation mode, in order to meet the public needs in the process of urbanization and achieve public libraries' effective participation in the national reading project.
