：人工智能发展的浪潮影响着每一个领域。情报作为与智能在字面上密切相关的领域，对人工智能的发展格外关注。如何把智能渗透到情报领域，实现智能情报分析系统是新时代值得深入探讨的问题。文章在对智能与情报关系的梳理以及对现有情报分析系统述评的基础上，提出一个智能情报分析系统的框架。智能情报分析系统在资源方面具有数据集与知识库、模型库与方法库，借助知识获取、知识表示与组织、自然语言处理、人机交互、新型计算与深度学习等，实现情报需求智能感知，海量信息智能获取，多源信息动态融合、多维关联综合分析、分析结果智能解读、情报报告自动生成、面向场景适时服务。通过智能分析引擎实现资源、技术与功能之间的对接，这是智能情报分析系统的核心。
