：20世纪80年代初，面对数字化发展的冲击，“图书馆消亡论”产生并一直热议至今。从国内外图书馆事业的发展来看，新世纪以来我国图书馆事业发展态势良好，而以最早建立图书馆法律制度的英国为代表的国外图书馆界则陷入图书馆事业发展的危机之中。“人工智能毁灭人类论”的出现则进一步加剧了图书馆人的忧患意识。从发展的视角来看，图书馆需要在图书馆员素养能力提升、人工智能技术应用和图书馆服务延伸等方面积极发展，以拥抱人工智能时代的到来。

In the early 1980s, in the face of the impact of digital development, "library Extinction Theory" was produced and has been hotly discussed so far. From the development of library at home and abroad, the development trend of Chinese librarianship has been well since the new century. But meanwhile the foreign libraries which were firstly established the legal system, represented by England’s library, were caught into the crisis. The appearance of "artificial intelligence destroys mankind" has further aggravated the sense of hardship of librarians. From the perspective of development, the library needs to promote the development of librarians ' literacy ability, the application of artificial intelligence technology and the extension of library service, so as to embrace the advent of artificial intelligence era.
