：文章梳理了国内外高校图书馆数据驱动下的数字人文服务现状，认为图书馆与科研人员的联系和沟通缺失、缺少跨学科的复合型人才、缺乏相关政策的支持是当前高校图书馆数字人文服务面临的主要挑战。长远来看，图书馆应从文献组织与揭示的“数据化”、馆员在数字学术服务中的角色转变、提供和推荐系统化的数据管理与分析工具、开展速成或按需的数据技能培训等几方面来应对数字学术环境下用户的需求，帮助用户提高数据管理和数据分析技能，从而带动单学科的高校图书馆数字人文服务向更广泛的多学科的数字学术方向发展。

Digital humanities service of university libraries at home and abroad are investigated and it is found that the main challenge in this area is the lack of contact and communication between librarians and researchers, compound librarians and corresponding policies. In the long term, the demand of digital service should be met by digitalizing the collection, role conversion of the librarians, provision of data management and analysis tools, and skill training.
