摘要

:随着社会信用体系建设的推进,公共图书馆开始将信用机制引入到其服务与管理中。杭州图书馆的信用服务经历了萌芽、初期、深入和延伸发展等实践阶段,进行了许多开拓性的探索与尝试。实践经验表明,公共图书馆开展信用服务需要以建立多重信任关系为基础,以重视用户体验为出发点,通过引入完善成熟的第三方信用机制,建立相应的用户信用体系,提供分级读者服务。

Abstract

With the promotion of social credit system construction, public libraries begin to introduce credit mechanism into their services and management. Credit service in Hangzhou Library experienced bud, beginning, deepening, and expansion with various attempts and exploration. Practice here shows that the credit service in public library should be based on multiple trust relationships. The aim should be users' experience, and third-party credit mechanism be introduced to establish users credit system and provide hierarchical service.
