In the circumstance of Micro-learning, University libraries are the organizer and provider, and the foremost supporting mechanism. Based on the actual demand of users’ Micro-learning, University libraries should attach more attention on micro-resources construction with library union, digital library and institutional repository. In addition, they should provide services faced to micro-learning users, including resources sharing, micro-content customization and platform development, etc.
