The youth group is an essential user group for public libraries. This paper collects data through questionnaire survey, uses cluster analysis to divide the mainstream types of young users, describes the main characteristics of each type of user group, and conducts user profiling. Based on the above work, this study combines typical service practices at home and abroad in recent years to construct a public library service model for the youth group. This study found that the mainstream youth user group of public libraries consists of six categories: multi-dimensional use, self-study and self-study, book and magazine reading, family parent-child, check-in and photography, and cultural activities. There are differences in multi-dimensional characteristics among each type of user. Public library services aimed at young people should integrate service facilities into their daily lives; In the service environment, service scenes that cater to the aesthetic preferences of young people should be constructed, creating a youthful and modern service atmosphere; Build a service project matrix that meets multidimensional needs and provide high-quality services; In terms of service methods, it is necessary to adapt to the service acquisition behavior of different types of youth groups.
